Ralph Dibny begins to investigate the defilement of his wife’s grave, while celebrity superhero Booster Gold plays detective to solve the mystery of the apparently altered timeline. Meanwhile, Renee Montoya might not want answers, but she must face the Question!

Summary from Goodreads.

Week 2 of 52 sets off in a dark place. We find Ralph Dibny in a graveyard after being called there by the groundskeeper because someone had vandalised his wife’s tombstone. We find out a tad more on his backstory, as he was very much a mystery in the first week’s issue. Once again the art style used in this panels reflects where he is mentally at the time, starting off very dark before transitioning towards the red.

We find Booster Gold attempting to fix Skeets, who at the end of the first week’s issue went haywire and went offline, something that has never happened before. He has gotten the foremost authority on Android A.I., Doctor Magnus to help him fix Skeets. Since Booster Gold is from the future and thus knows how events happen, he is very shocked to not know why things have not gone as they did in the past, and the artwork reflects this confusion and darker tone that he is starting to take on in private. In the public’s eye though, he is still the same happy-go-lucky Booster Gold that they know and love.

We also get some follow on from the faceless man that was introduced at the end of the first week’s issue. He clearly has an ulterior motive which currently is unknown.

Week 2 followed on from Week 1 very well and is leaving the right amounts of loose-ends to keep you wanting more.
