Science Fiction and Fantasy is my favourite genre, and I seem to have a never-ending list of books to get through and it just gets bigger and bigger. So for me to limit it to 5 was a tad hard, so I picked the ones that I have at the top of my list. So the following is my top 5 Science Fiction Fantasy books that I need to read in no particular order.
- Defy The Stars by Clauida Gray

This book will probably be on most people list. It is described as Interstellar meets Blade Runner, two of my favourite movies!

This has been on my list for a long time, and I did start reading it a few years ago. I did not get far before having to return it to the library though, but I really want to read this series as I have heard amazing things about it.

Another book that has been on my list for a long time. I saw the movie from 2005 and have really wanted to read this series to see why people love it.

I actually got this book for Christmas back in 2015 but I have yet to read it. I have no idea why I have not read this yet as I loved the other books in this series, but hopefully me putting it on this list will force me to actually put eyes to page.

With Thrawn being one of Star Wars most influential characters, of course I need to read the new book about him that is canon! Also, with it being written by the creator of THrawn, Timothy Zahn, I hope that he can add to him and allow the reader to delve into his mindset.
