United As One

By Pittacus Lore

United As One is the seventh and final book in the Lorien Legacies series.

I have no  idea what I was expecting from United As One, but what I got was very anticlimactic.

United As One was written in the same style as the rest of the series, multiple points of views separated by different fonts. It can take a few pages to figure out who’s Point Of View it being being told from, but as usual it was nice to know what was going on in different places.

The battle that took place were less dramatic than previous ones. It may be because of the type of books I have been reading recently but I found the way that they were described, as well as the tension and predictability that most battle have currently.

I also was not happy with how it ended. With this entire series being built around strong characters that do what they do for a reason, the ending does not seem how they would have. As well as some characters and their developments in previous books being seemingly rewritten to make other characters shine.

I would only read this book if you want to finish the series as it is not as good as it should have been.

3/5

  1. I’ve been surfing online more than 4 hours today,
yet I never found any interesting article like yours.
It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion,
if all website owners and bloggers made good content as
you did, the internet will be much more useful than ever before.
